Coach is a global fashion house and luxury retailer seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending in-store service with omni-channel selling and teamwork.

The role emphasizes brand loyalty, product knowledge, and adapting selling techniques to business needs, with opportunities to participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Assist teammates in functional areas as required.
