Coach in Edina is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate III to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to cross-channel selling while upholding Coach standards.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with fast-paced environments. Ability to lift 25–50 lb is expected; flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with POS operations and mobile POS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain daily store operations and merchandising.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
