Coach is part of the Tapestry family and invites you to join as a Sales Associate in a luxury retail setting. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet store goals, and support daily operations in a Phoenix area store.

You’ll build lasting client relationships with fashion expertise, drive sales through cross-selling, and utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools while maintaining brand standards and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency; able to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Manage daily store operations and POS transactions.
• Maintain floor and stockroom organization and replenishment.
