Qualifications
- 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with POS operation and basic digital tools.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style guidelines.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the floor and assist with daily store operations.
