Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environments.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal/store sales goals.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
