Job summary

Coach in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a luxury shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will blend on-floor service with omni-channel selling, building strong client relationships and contributing to brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with POS tools and social selling. Flexibility for varied schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Knowledge of live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Strong clienteling and data acquisition skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Coach brand and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Handle transactions, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Support teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training.
