Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our Downtown store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet individual and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Strong English, 1+ year luxury retail experience, and comfort with POS systems are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience; knowledge of fashion trends and competitors considered
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPI targets
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Handle daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising
