Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak season, and high-traffic days is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
