Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury retail or fashion sales.
• Experience with POS operation and tech (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to read price/release sheets and work fast.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Manage transactions including returns and pickups.
