Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Cincinnati to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and work within a luxury environment that blends omni-channel selling and team collaboration.

The role requires 1+ years in sales, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) and uphold policies.
