Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand in our store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexible to accommodate nights, weekends, and peak periods; strong English skills and fashion product knowledge required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savviness, live‑stream/video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Process transactions, assist with returns/exchanges, and support online pickups.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
• Foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
