Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred; education and experience may be combined.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS, and price sheets reading.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling skills desirable.
• Strong English language proficiency (EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
