Job summary

Coach seeks a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a fast‑paced luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omnichannel initiatives.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, cross‑selling, and using mobile POS for transactions. Prior experience in luxury retail and strong English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency for client interactions and team communication.
• Luxury retail background with clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage with social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs as a team member.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales; maintain store presentation.
• Support daily store operations and stockroom activities; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
