The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury retail or fashion, strong English proficiency, experience with POS and social media, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS systems and mobile devices
• Strong English proficiency
• Social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver a personalized shopping experience
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and achieve KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and trainings
