Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Asheville to deliver a personalized luxury retail experience. You will meet individual and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to omni‑channel selling.

The role blends in‑person service with digital tools to build lasting client relationships. As a front‑line ambassador, you will maintain brand standards, manage inventories, and participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and data capture.
• Strong English proficiency; comfort with social media or live streaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and assist with inventory and visual merchandising.
