Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in U.S. stores. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising.

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build client relationships through styling and product knowledge, and drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and comfort with POS and social selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and assist with daily store operations.
