Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our retail environment, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships, advise on product selections, and drive cross-selling and omni-channel sales using POS, mobile tools, and social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store operations and assist teammates as required.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives.
