Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Friendswood, TX to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will combine luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools; leverage social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Handle daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merch.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean; follow policies and procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, movement.
• Assist teammates across functions; foster collaboration.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training; embrace inclusion.
