Qualifications

• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and maintain service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and assist in inventory.
