Coach in Branson is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, and drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy are a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain service standards.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean, stocked, and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
