Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front‑line ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience and achieving store sales goals. You will support daily operations, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Experience with live streaming and social media is a plus, with opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• (Preferred) Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak times, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs. regularly (up to 50lbs, occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain an energetic, organized floor and assist with stock movement.
• Process transactions and support inventory cycles.
