The role blends luxury service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, using POS and clienteling tools, and contributing to daily store operations.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
