Coach is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations.

Strong English proficiency, POS experience, and a comfort with social selling are required; luxury retail experience is preferred and will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion knowledge; social media savvy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and drive sales goals.
• Develop client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards.
