Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Lone Tree, CO to be the frontline ambassador of the brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across omni‑channel channels.

You’ll build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and personalized service, while collaborating with a team to drive loyalty and revenue. Flexibility for schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor and support daily store operations.
