Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and meet store goals. You will support daily operations and contribute to omni-channel sales efforts in a fast-paced luxury environment.

This role emphasizes clienteling, product knowledge, and collaboration with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
