Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III for our Albertville, MN location to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, shaping client relationships, and leveraging omni-channel tools to drive loyalty and revenue.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in luxury retail or similar, strong English skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS systems and handheld devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising.
