Coach is seeking a Sales Associate I for the Tilton, NH store to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, participate in cross-selling strategies, and build lasting client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication. Flexibility for a busy retail schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
