Responsibilities include building client relationships, advising on fashion, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will use POS and social selling tools, participate in brand initiatives, and maintain a high-energy team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience operating POS and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Luxury retail background with social media awareness and live‑stream shopping familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and store presentation.
