Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail setting in Tilton, NH. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

Role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty. Experience in luxury fashion and clienteling is preferred; strong English required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and using mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high energy level on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily operations (cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising) while preserving service quality.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movement.
• Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
