1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
Strong English proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Luxury retail background and social media savviness (preferred)

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to styling/service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; engage in social selling to encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
