Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail environment in New Jersey. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include building client relationships with style expertise, driving sales through cross-selling, and using mobile POS and clienteling tools to encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work at a fast pace and lift up to 25 lb regularly (50 lb occasionally).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Process transactions and support inventory and store operations.
