Job summary

Coach in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omni-channel selling.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge, drive sales through cross-selling, and use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail experience or equivalent.
• Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to stay updated.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPI targets.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, organized selling floor and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap and visual merchandising.
