Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting sales and KPI targets. You will support daily store operations, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and the ability to engage clients through fashion expertise and cross-selling. Flexibility for a fast-paced schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Support daily store operations and inventory management.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
