Diptyque Paris seeks a Sales Performance Analyst to build, analyze, and update sales reporting for Wholesale and Retail channels. You will drive business performance management and communicate insights across the organization, reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations Excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail/wholesale, a strong financial acumen, and IT/system savvy to optimize BI tools and POS systems. Diptyque Paris offers a dynamic luxury environment in New York.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years in retail/wholesale.
• Luxury beauty or fashion experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• IT systems savvy and proficient with reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze KPI and sales reports for wholesale and retail daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Prepare productivity reports and sales incentives calculations for wholesale and retail.
• Monitor monthly sales forecasts and annual budgets.
• Analyze product assortment and category performance.
• Develop ad hoc reports with insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Wholesale and Retail Regional Directors.
• Optimize BI tools and POS system usage; be master user for sales.
• Document procedures for every report used.
• Foster continuous performance dialogue and benchmarking within the department.
• Lead projects with clear methodology and follow-up.
