• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through wardrobing and clienteling.
• Drive sales by supporting the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans while upholding brand standards.
• Provide guidance and coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations with their preferences.
• Understand and meet/exceed individual KPIs using CRM tools and data capture.
• Adapt presentation based on whether a customer is remote or in-person.
• Utilize Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data for clienteling and initiatives.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience for the customer.
