Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through wardrobe planning and clienteling.
• Drive sales by supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with team collaboration.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors on customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations to preferences.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs and use CRM tools to drive performance.
• Adapt product presentation for remote or in‑person customers.
• Participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience.
• Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities.
• Maintain store visuals using company guidelines.
• Support a positive work environment and company core values.
• Assist in team training and talent sourcing.
