Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking Sales Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service and expert styling advice in a premium lifestyle store. You will build lasting client relationships, leverage product knowledge, and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to both in-store and remote client needs while maintaining brand standards and delivering a premier RL experience.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals.
• Ability to Lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including day, evening and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, showcasing detailed product knowledge, and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost individual productivity through wardrobing, outreach and leveraging digital tools to enhance clienteling.
• Drive sales achievement by supporting team in monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans while upholding brand standards.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations with their preferences.
• Understand sales goals and metrics and use tools to drive performance across touchpoints.
• Support in adapting showcases based on whether a customer is remote or in-person.
• Utilize CRM tools like Polo connect to capture meaningful customer data for clienteling and initiatives.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Assist in sourcing and networking to find top talent for the store
