Qualifications

• Build lasting client relationships with styling, product knowledge and advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; participate in social selling.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
• Maintain store standards, inventory movement and visual merchandising.
