Zusammenfassung

One&Only Moonlight Basin, a Kerzner International property, is seeking a Rooms Controller who coordinates room assignments and Front Office operations to ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience.

You will manage arrivals, departures, room status and inventory, using Opera and Alice to share guest preferences with Housekeeping and other departments. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits in a luxury environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reservations, or a similar luxury hotel role.
• Proficient in Opera, Alice, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate room assignments for individual and group arrivals based on guest preferences and reservations.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and room status; adjust as needed for guest needs.
• Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments, e.g., Housekeeping, using Opera and Alice.
• Support Front Office and related operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance.
• Assist with upselling opportunities and operational reporting.
• Maintain accurate billing and financial controls as required.
