Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Front Desk Agent to support daily operations, assist guests during arrivals and departures, and manage billing with courtesy and precision.

The role requires at least 1 year in Front Office, strong English communication, and proficiency with hospitality software. An emphasis on personalized, premium service is essential to uphold One&Only standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum Front Office experience in a hotel or resort
• Experience in guest services or customer service preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Opera PMS and hospitality software

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and resolving inquiries promptly
• Complete accurate check-in/check-out procedures and verify guest registration
• Maintain guest folios and ensure billing accuracy
• Support front desk upselling and promote appropriate room types
• Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments for follow-up
