Job summary

Kerzner International, One&Only Moonlight Basin, seeks a Manager, Host to lead the guest experience across pre-arrival, in-house, and post-stay journeys. You will oversee the Host team, ensuring luxury service standards, knowledge of resort offerings, and seamless guest interactions to drive memorable experiences.

The role requires strong hospitality leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for creating joy in a luxury mountain resort setting in Montana.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an exceptional guest experience from pre-arrival through post-stay, consistently anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the Resort, especially during peak arrival, departure, and activity periods.
• Build strong relationships with guests, providing thoughtful touches and follow-up communications.
• Ensure knowledge of all facilities, accommodations, amenities, restaurants, activities, and local attractions.
• Promote Resort experiences to convert guest interest into bookings.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching to Hosts.
• Develop training and coaching focused on luxury hospitality and guest engagement.
