Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per property guidelines.
• Provide guests with exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct floor sweeps and remove trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites per Banquet/Event Orders.
