Job summary

InterContinental Indianapolis is seeking a Serliana Café Restaurant Server to provide outstanding guest service at a luxury property on Monument Circle. You will learn the menu, anticipate guest needs, and assist guests with cocktail and food orders while maintaining a clean, welcoming station throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide guests with exceptional service and attend to their needs.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor with guests.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read and follow menus and alcohol regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with exceptional service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Reviews menu and becomes familiar with items, ingredients, and wine list.
• Greets guests, takes orders, and explains specials.
• Presents checks, ensures accuracy, and delivers to guests.
• Maintains station cleanliness and resets tables for next function.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities and local area.
