Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, offer seating, and escort to tables.
• Inform servers of new guests and manage the host stand.
• Maintain a waiting list and advise guests when seating is available.
• Control the reservation book and answer host stand calls promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers and seating capacities for shifts.
• Inspect tables and buffets for proper settings; assist with side work.
• Ensure proper lighting and background music levels.
