Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer seating choices and guide to tables.
• Inform servers of new guests and manage wait lists and seating flow.
• Maintain reservation book accuracy and update guest seating statuses.
• Answer host stand phone promptly and professionally; know table numbers and capacities.
