Job summary

The Learning and Development Manager at Brobston Group will oversee North American training strategy and adapt global resources to local luxury markets. The role drives training and coaching across retail and wholesale channels, supports boutique leadership, and manages events, budgets, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities include localizing content with global teams, delivering varied learning programs, coaching Client Advisors, organizing events, and tracking KPIs to improve training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury industry experience.
• 5+ years of luxury retail training and coaching experience.
• Hands-on field or sales experience in luxury boutiques; fine jewelry, high jewelry, or prestige watchmaking preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent luxury retail experience.
• Strong English communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout North America, approximately 50% to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional training roadmap and localize training content with global teams.
• Deliver virtual, classroom, and on-the-floor learning programs for the customer journey.
• Coach Client Advisors and boutique leaders to tailor training plans.
• Organize training seminars, product launches, and educational events for retail and wholesale teams.
• Manage the learning and development budget and engage with digital learning platforms.
• Use KPIs, CRM data, NPS, and mystery shopping to inform training actions.
