Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager in San Antonio to lead sales, operations and security teams within a luxury store environment. You will mentor staff, drive client development, and maintain exceptional client experiences to achieve commercial targets.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail management, strong sales performance, and flexibility for non-traditional hours. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems is essential, with a US work authorization.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.).
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
• A college/university degree.
