Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy sales floor at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. You will drive store productivity, coach the team, and elevate service standards while ensuring operational excellence.

You will manage KPI targets, develop relationships with clients, and support recruitment and onboarding. The role demands flexibility, strong communication, and a focus on inclusive, premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and KPI performance while leading the team; analyze metrics and apply best practices.
Build client relationships through proactive outreach and exemplary service standards; drive VIP retention.
Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
Perform opening/closing procedures: cash handling, deposits, register operations, and security responsibilities.
Lead omni-channel and virtual selling efforts; promote brand-safe social media engagement and data capture.
