Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group seeks an experienced Luxury Retail Recruiter to support a diverse portfolio of luxury retail, corporate retail, and experiential opportunities nationwide. Ideally based in NYC or LA, you will navigate the luxury market with a polished, resourceful approach, building strong relationships with top brands.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment in luxury fashion, beauty, retail, or hospitality.
• Established network of luxury retail talent preferred.
• Strong presentation, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Polished communicator with relationship-building and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for luxury retail and experiential roles nationwide.
• Source and engage high-caliber talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, brand alignment, and career goals.
• Partner with clients to understand culture, hiring needs, and compensation.
• Present qualified candidates with polished summaries.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future opportunities nationwide.
• Develop relationships with candidates as a trusted partner.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client activity in the ATS.
• Stay informed about luxury retail trends and hiring practices.
