• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment with end-to-end processes is preferred.

• Manage and grow relationships with premium and luxury brands across the US & Canada.
• Support and grow accounts alongside the Senior Recruiter in New York.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments across retail roles from entry to senior leadership.
• Proactively headhunt and build strong talent networks in North America luxury market.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
